How do I join the TorBareshet service?
To enjoy the service, you need to register online,
configure the services your business provides and opening hours. Now all that remains is to send the calendar link to your customers
and they will be able to schedule appointments on their own.
How do customers schedule an appointment?
All they have to do is click on the recieved link, choose the time and type of service and fill in their details. Appointment information will be sent them via email.
How can customers cancel an appointment?
The appointment information, which is sent to the customers also contains a link to cancel the appointment.
How do I make a one time change to my opening hours?
On opening hours page you can create a one-time change to your opening hours. In such a case you are recommended
to make sure that no appointments were impacted due to this change.
How do I cancel / reschedule an appointment?
The system provides full control over appointments, including the option to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
The customer will be automatically notified by email of any changes.
Do I have to remind customers about their appointments?
No, our system will do that automatically.
Does the service replaces the secretary?
No, secretaries are not just scheduling appointments, they have other tasks and duties that now they will have more time to handle.
What about the customers who prefer scheduling by phone?
They can still do that! In such cases the secretary should put those appointmnets on the system so they
will enjoy Torbareshet reminding service.
You may join Synchroline's human answering service. When you are not answering the phone, Synchroline's representative will answer and schdule the appointment in your calendar.
How do the customers find out about the service?
Anyway you choose to advertise: From the link you will send them, from A sign in your office office, from your business card or from your website
In addition, even customers who scheduled over the phone will receive reminders by email thus learn about the service.
Do I need a web site in order to enjoy TorBareshet service?
No. The link, you will send to your customers, will lead them directly to your calendar on our system.
And if I do have a web site?
You can add the link on your site, by clicking on it your customers will be lead to your calendar on our system.
Are my customers' details exposed?
No. The appointments details can be viewed only with your username and password. Customers see only opening hours
and busy or available hours.
Will my customers see any of my competitors listed on the site?
No. Your clinets, clicking on your link will be led directly to your calendar and will not see other businesses.
Can TorBareshet get me more customers?
Absolutely. Occasional customers, searching for a business by business category and location, may also reach you through TorBareshet system.
What happens if the site fails?
To provide you maximum security TorBareshet performs mirror servers backup together with backup of external data storage.
This way your TorBareshet calendar has extremely high guaranteed protection with much higher availability than your local office computer.
Do I need to commit to use the service for a minimal period ot time?
No. The service is without long-term commitment. In case you would like to opt out from the service,
you should inform us by the 20-th of the current month. The service will be stopped by the end of the same month.
I provide classes to multiple attendees. Can the system handle registration?
Yes. You may define the maximum number of participants for each service, as long as the number of registrations is lower than this number, the system shall show it as open.
